Job Title:

Machine Repair Foreman Job Description As a Machine Repair Foreman, you will be responsible for the disassembly, replacement, and repair of presses and other industrial equipment. You will utilize rigging equipment to move presses when necessary and work with precision measurement tools to troubleshoot and diagnose issues. Ensuring all safety policies and quality standards are followed is paramount. You will also play a crucial role in developing and training apprentices and collaborating with other departments as needed. Responsibilities Disassemble, replace, and repair industrial equipment and presses. Utilize rigging equipment, such as overhead cranes and gantries, to move presses. Use precision measurement equipment to troubleshoot and repair equipment. Adhere to safety policies and quality standards. Develop and train apprentices. Collaborate with other departments. Essential Skills Minimum of 3 years of experience with industrial equipment repair, including stamping and forging presses. Ability to use precision measurement equipment. Valid driver's license. Additional Skills & Qualifications CDL-A license is beneficial but not required. Experience with welding and industrial machinery is beneficial. Willingness to work off-shift and be on call when necessary. Willingness to travel is beneficial but not required. Why Work Here? The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 6 AM to 3:30 or 4:30 PM, with 9 to 10-hour days and occasional weekend work. Employees meet at the shop and travel to sites with the foreman. Up to 30% travel may be required, but flexibility is available. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Holly, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $72800.00/yr.
