In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing gardens, lawns, and landscape areas through expert horticultural practices. Duties Plant, cultivate, and maintain a variety of flowers, shrubs, trees, and lawns to ensure healthy growth and aesthetic appeal Operate hand tools and power tools safely for pruning, trimming, planting, and landscape installation Implement irrigation systems efficiently to optimize water use and plant health Conduct greenhouse activities such as propagation, transplanting, and climate control to support plant growth Perform regular lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aeration Maintain landscape features through pruning, mulching, weeding, and pest control measures Assist with farming activities like soil preparation, planting schedules, crop rotation, and harvests as needed Skills Extensive knowledge of horticulture principles and gardening techniques Proven experience with irrigation systems and greenhouse management Strong understanding of landscape maintenance and lawn care practices Ability to operate hand tools such as pruners, shovels, rakes, and hoes efficiently Skilled in using power tools including trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, and cultivators Familiarity with farming methods and agricultural practices for sustainable growth Excellent attention to detail in planting design and garden aesthetics Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members or clients when necessary Join my family to take care of our newly built home sitting on 80 acres 40 acres land and 40 acres private lake. This is a new construction home that me and my family will be moving into soon and we are looking for someone to keep our newly beautiful acres of landscaping and outside of home maintained on a daily basis.
