division is currently seeking a Machined Components Kitter - 1st Shift to join our team in Beltsville, MD! The core hours are 7 am - 3 pm, M-F. The hourly rate for this position is $23 per hour. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. What you'll do: This position will assign parts to work orders using the computer. Additionally, they locate the correct parts to kit for an order and deliver them to the assembly line. They may also be asked to help in the assembly area as needed. Eaton's Beltsville, MD manufacturing facility is home to 400+ innovative team members driving advancements in aerospace technology. In this function, you will: Receive components into stock, generate and release assembly work orders Issue, reissue, or any other transactions needed to fix work orders Locate hardware and retainers to kit work orders Maintain stockroom and perform cycle count daily Learn the assembly line in order to assist when necessary

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required from an accredited institution. This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of

Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment Minimum of 1 year of experience working with inventory
Skills:
Strong communication skills to read, speak, and write with teammates and customers.
