Machinist Requirements:

Built for Precision Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or machining experience preferred Knowledge of CNC programming and machining processes Experience with manual machines such as saws, lathes, or mills Understanding of GD&T principles and shop math Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Your Everyday Hustle Program, set up, and operate CNC machining centers Manufacture newly designed parts including tooling, fixtures, and machining strategy selection Create programs from scratch or modify existing programs Inspect machined parts using micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, thread gauges, and CMM equipment Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions Perform routine machine maintenance including coolant management and chip removal Support continuous improvement, quality, safety, and production initiatives Assist and guide other machinists with setups and fixture use as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment The Rewards Behind Every Precision Cut Good weekly pay
