Full-Time (Mon-Thur 5AM-3:30PM) Key Responsibilities Review blueprints, work orders, and specifications to plan machining operations. Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes, ensuring proper tooling, alignment, and calibration. Interpret GD&T and use precision measuring tools to verify part accuracy. Monitor machining processes, make adjustments, and replace tools as needed. Troubleshoot and resolve issues to maintain quality and efficiency. Perform preventive maintenance and maintain clean, safe work areas. Document production data and communicate effectively across shifts. What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience as a CNC Machinist I or equivalent. Strong knowledge of CNC setup and operation (mills and lathes). Proficiency with blueprints, GD&T, and precision measurement tools. Ability to work independently — including building fixtures and tooling. Aerospace machining experience is a plus.
