Job Title:
Maintenance Supervisor:
Manufacturing Process Manager TCI Manufacturing Equipment is a manufacturer of equipment used in aggregate material production. We are seeking a skilled and versatile Maintenance Technician to support the ongoing operation of our manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of production equipment, facility infrastructure, and company vehicles. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience across electrical systems, hydraulics, and general facility maintenance, and takes pride in keeping operations running safely and efficiently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Equipment & Machinery Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment and machinery in the manufacturing shop. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on all shop equipment per manufacturer specifications. Identify and resolve electrical issues including wiring, controls, motors, and related components. Inspect, maintain, and repair hydraulic systems including pumps, cylinders, hoses, and fittings. Maintain accurate maintenance logs and work order documentation. Facility Maintenance Perform general building repairs including plumbing, lighting, doors, and structural components. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the facility including shop floors, restrooms, and common areas. Perform janitorial duties and ensure facility meets safety and housekeeping standards. Identify and report safety hazards or facility issues requiring attention. Support facility improvement and modification projects as needed. Vehicle & Equipment Fleet Perform routine maintenance on company vehicles including automobiles, forklifts, and man lifts (oil changes, fluid checks, filters, tires, etc.) Conduct pre- and post-operation inspections on forklifts and man lifts per OSHA requirements. Coordinate outside repairs and service when work exceeds in-house capabilities. Maintain vehicle and equipment maintenance records and schedules. Ensure all fleet equipment is in safe operating condition at all times.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required 5+ years of experience in industrial, manufacturing, or facilities maintenance. Working knowledge of electrical systems and the ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics. Hands-on experience with hydraulic systems — troubleshooting, repair, and component replacement. Ability to perform general facility repairs and building maintenance tasks. Experience maintaining forklifts, man lifts, or similar powered industrial equipment. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, and working at heights. Preferred Forklift operator certification. OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification. Experience in aggregate, mining, or heavy equipment manufacturing environments. Welding or fabrication skills.
BENEFITS
Compensation is hourly and based on experience. Full benefits package with 401k (match up to 4%), vacation, medical, dental, and life.
Rate:
$28.00 - $38.00/hr (Monday - Friday) with overtime as needed. PTO accrued at 4 hours monthly with perfect attendance.
WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This position works primarily in a manufacturing shop environment. The role involves regular exposure to machinery, noise, dust, and varying temperatures. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required and provided. Some work may be performed outdoors or at elevated heights. Schedule is typically Monday through Friday with overtime as needed.
