Maintenance

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This role requires a strong knowledge of building and grounds maintenance, knowledge of machine and tools, including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance. This person must be able to work in all elements of weather. The Maintenance Person will work closely with the Property Manager and other team members to maintain equipment, perform repairs, and enhance the overall functionality of our facilities. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, grounds and equipment. Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards. Provide excellent customer service while interacting with staff and owners. Assist in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repairs. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance processes and procedures. Qualifications Strong maintenance knowledge with experience in property maintenance. Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical. Not afraid of heights. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Demonstrated leadership abilities in a team environment. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to interact positively with others. Previous experience in a maintenance role is preferred but not required. Pay:

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
