Full-Time Bring Your Commercial Aircraft Experience to ASP Aviation Service Partners (ASP) is seeking experienced Senior A&P Mechanics to join our growing aircraft maintenance operation in Albertville, Alabama . We are especially interested in technicians with hands-on Embraer

experience , as well as experienced A&P Mechanics coming from commercial airline, regional jet, or heavy aircraft maintenance environments .
ERJ-135/145
experience is a strong plus, but it is not required. If you have solid commercial aircraft maintenance experience and are comfortable performing maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and component changes with limited supervision, we want to talk to you. What You'll Be Doing As a Senior A&P Mechanic at ASP, you will perform and support scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, modifications, and component changes on commercial aircraft.
Responsibilities include:
Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance. Perform heavy maintenance and inspection tasks. Inspect aircraft, systems, engines, and components for discrepancies, damage, and wear. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, flight control, and related aircraft systems. Remove, replace, install, and operationally check aircraft components and systems. Perform aircraft servicing, adjustments, rigging, and operational checks. Read and interpret AMMs, IPCs, SRMs, wiring diagrams, engineering documents, work cards, and other approved technical data. Ensure current and approved technical data is being utilized for assigned maintenance. Complete work cards, task cards, non-routines, and associated maintenance documentation accurately and completely. Maintain proper tool control and follow FOD prevention procedures. Identify maintenance discrepancies and determine the appropriate technical data and procedures required. Assist with difficult or recurring aircraft troubleshooting issues. Provide technical guidance and support to less-experienced technicians when needed. Work closely with Leads, Inspectors, Quality, Planning, Production Control, and Project Management. Ensure maintenance is performed in accordance with applicable FAA requirements, customer requirements, technical data, and ASP procedures. Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment. Support additional ASP aircraft programs as operational needs require. What We're Looking For Current FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate required. Strong hands-on commercial aircraft maintenance experience.
ERJ-135/145
experience is a strong plus. Regional jet experience is highly desirable. Heavy maintenance/MRO experience preferred. Experience performing scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance. Strong aircraft troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Experience with major component removal and installation. Strong understanding of aircraft mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and flight control systems. Ability to independently locate, read, and interpret aircraft technical data. Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance documentation and work-card requirements. Ability to work independently with limited supervision. Ability to assist and mentor less-experienced technicians. Strong commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Excellent attention to detail and documentation practices. Dependable attendance and professional work ethic. Ability to work overtime, weekends, and alternate shifts when required by aircraft schedules. Commercial Aircraft Experience We are interested in candidates with experience on the ERJ-135/145 or other commercial and regional aircraft platforms .
