Contract-to-Hire | Long-Term Opportunity Job Description We are seeking experienced A&P Mechanics to join our team supporting commercial aircraft operations. This role offers a long-term career path, competitive pay, and growth opportunities in a dynamic maintenance environment. Key Responsibilities Hangar Maintenance:

Perform heavy maintenance, modifications, and overhauls on commercial aircraft systems and structures Use technical manuals, schematics, and engineering data to complete accurate repairs Document all work in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures Ensure compliance with Airworthiness Directives (ADs) and

Service Bulletins Line Maintenance:

Conduct pre-flight, post-flight, and turnaround inspections Troubleshoot and repair systems during active operations Perform component replacements and light repairs to keep aircraft in service Coordinate with flight crews and dispatch for real-time updates. Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
