216212 PDS Defense, Inc. is seeking an experienced FAA Aviation Mechanic (A&P) to join our team in Mobile, Alabama. In this role, you will perform maintenance, repair, servicing, and cleaning of aircraft systems in accordance with FAA regulations. We're looking for a skilled aviation technician with strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality.. Key Responsibilities Perform maintenance, repair, servicing, and cleaning of aircraft systems in compliance with FAA standards. Inspect and troubleshoot aircraft components and systems. Document maintenance activities accurately and in accordance with regulations. Ensure all work meets quality and safety requirements. Support aircraft operations as needed. Required Experience 5-10 years of experience in general aviation maintenance. Prior avionics experience preferred. Familiarity with turboprop aircraft is a plus. Licensure & Certifications Active FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic License required. Skills & Competencies Strong communication skills; proficiency in English required. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required. Demonstrated ability to work safely in confined spaces and perform physical tasks such as standing, kneeling, squatting, and lifting. Travel Requirements Limited domestic and international travel may be required.
