Job Description

Edmonds Aviation LLC is looking for a highly motivated A&P mechanic for a location in Searcy, AR. We work on a variety of aircraft from single engine piston to small corporate jets. We are an SR series authorized service center for Cirrus Aircraft and piston authorized service facility for Textron Aviation, performing or assisting with Annual/100hr and/or Scheduled Inspections on customers' aircraft. Non-routine work including troubleshooting will be required as needed. Our normal business hours are 7am to 3:30pm Monday through Friday. On rare occasions we may ask for weekend or evening time. Some travel can be expected since some of our customers are based at different airports. Primary aircraft that we support include: Cirrus SR Series, Cessna piston singles and twins, Beechcraft piston singles and twins, King Air Series and Citation 525 Series Other duties include coordinating with management for parts procurement and limited shipping/receiving (receiving parts and shipping out cores). Candidates should be highly motivated self-starters with great teamwork and decision making skills.
Job Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent required A&P Certificate required Applicant must be able to read, speak and write English Applicant must have basic troubleshooting skills Applicant must have basic knowledge of current FARs Applicant must be skilled in basic aviation maintenance information systems (technical data, manuals) Applicant must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and participate in our random testing program after employment. IA Certificate is a plus Sheetmetal experience is a plus Composite repair experience is a plus Avionics experience is a plus Prior 135 and 145 experience is a plus Prior experience with supported aircraft listed above is a plus
