Job Summary Ample Aviation is seeking an experienced and dependable A&P Mechanic to support the maintenance of our Flight Design CTSW aircraft. This is an ideal opportunity for an A&P looking for a short-term position, with the potential to transition into a permanent position based on performance and company needs. Responsibilities Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on Flight Design CTSW aircraft Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance Assist with annual/100-hour inspections and other required maintenance Accurately complete maintenance records and logbook entries Diagnose and address mechanical and electrical discrepancies Ensure all work is performed in accordance with applicable FAA regulations, manufacturer maintenance documentation, and company procedures Communicate maintenance findings and aircraft status with management and pilots Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment Help keep aircraft safe, reliable, and ready for member operations Requirements Current FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certificate required Experience working on Rotax engines is preferred Strong understanding of FAA maintenance regulations and documentation requirements Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to safety and quality Reliable, professional, and able to work independently

Pay:

$45.00 - $55.00 per hour
