MISSION:
ELITE F-16 TACTICAL SUPPORT
(PHOENIX / GLENDALE AREA) Are you ready to support the most elite fighter pilots in the world? We aren't looking for just another mechanic. We are looking for Viper Specialists—the best of the best—to join a premier tactical flight training organization in the Phoenix / Glendale, Arizona area. This isn't your standard flightline job. You'll be maintaining a fleet of high-performance F-16s used to train the next generation of fighter pilots in advanced air combat tactics. THE ROLES

  • TECHNICIAN II - AVIONICS
    The "brains" of the bird. You'll be installing, testing, and troubleshooting the complex systems that give our pilots the edge in the sky.

TECHNICIAN II - CREW CHIEF
The "heart" of the mission. You own the aircraft. From flightline launches to heavy maintenance, you ensure every sortie is a success. 💰

  • Top-Tier Pay:
    Earn $42 - $47 per hour (8-10 years exp) or $36 - $42 per hour (4-8 years exp).
  • A&P Sponsorship:

  • Tools Provided:
    No need to haul your own box—all specialized tools and equipment are provided on-site.
  • Relocation Package:
    We'll give you $4,000 - $5,000 to help you get to the Valley of the Sun.

    Willing to travel? You'll have opportunities for OCONUS business trips to support international training missions.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You're a perfect fit if you have:
  • F-16
Expertise:
You know the Viper inside and out (Minimum 4 years flightline experience).
  • 7-
Level Status:
You've earned your stripes (2A3X3 or 2A3X4).
  • Active Secret Clearance:
    You're already trusted with the mission.
  • A Passport:
    You're ready to deploy for 2-week stints to support global partners.

A Clean Record:
Ability to obtain a CAC and pass FAA drug testing. 🔥
