Job Description
- Job Title: Aircraft Maintenance Technician
- Job Description
- Under minimal supervision, the Aircraft Maintenance Technician performs inspections, maintenance, and repairs of moderate to advanced complexity on aircraft systems and structures.
The role involves researching technical data and performing disassembly, repair, cleaning, adjustment, assembly, testing, and calibration of aircraft components using company special tools and ground equipment, in accordance with applicable maintenance manuals and FAA regulations.
- Responsibilities
- + Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on aircraft systems and structures. + Research technical data and perform disassembly, repair, cleaning, adjustment, assembly, testing, and calibration of aircraft components. + Repair, replace, and rebuild aircraft structures such as wings and fuselage. + Read and interpret maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and other specifications.
- Essential Skills
- + Experience in aircraft maintenance and repair. + Ability to perform inspections and troubleshooting. + Proficiency in using special tools and ground equipment. + Knowledge of FAA regulations. + 2+ years of experience in related field.
- Additional Skills & Qualifications
- + A&P certification preferred. + Basic set of tools required. + Ability to work outside in inclement weather. + Protective shoes required (steel or composite toe).

- Work Environment
- Work takes place primarily outdoors in an outside environment. The schedule is 1st Shift, running from 6am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday, with potential Saturday work availability. The role is initially on a 30-60 day contract basis, with the possibility of transitioning to a direct position based on performance and attitude.

- This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kingman, AZ.
- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $30.
00 - $40.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
