Seasonal, approximately 6 months (wildland fire season)
Openings:
One (1) position at each of the following locations: Wenatchee, WA; Chester, CA; and Redding, CA We are looking for experienced aircraft mechanics for a seasonal position supporting wildland firefighting activities for approximately six months during the fire season. We have one opening at each of three locations: Wenatchee, WA; Chester, CA; and Redding, CA. Candidates must be local to the location they are applying for. You will be doing preflight and post-flight inspections on aircraft and AOG repairs. This is not an entry-level position. You must have verifiable experience on Citations and must be able to work independently. This is not a position for people who hate being bored and are not good at keeping themselves busy. During the fire season, there will be very little time doing maintenance. Most work will be doing pre- and post-flights and AOG repairs, and just on standby. Think I want to read a lot of books this summer. There is the option for either just summer work May-October or also the option to also work the Nov-April in Rogers AR.
