  Absolute Aero Maintenance is the leading fixed wing recip general aviation aircraft maintenance provider in the San Francisco Bay Area, centrally located at the Hayward Executive Airport (KHWD).

Our dedicated team of experienced mechanics specializes in maintaining, upgrading, and inspecting a diverse range of single and multi-engine piston and turboprop aircraft from top brands like Cessna, Cirrus, Diamond, Epic, Piper and more. Absolute Aero Maintenance is a factory authorized service center for Diamond Aircraft, Epic Aircraft, Austro Engines, and Continental Diesel.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Aircraft Maintenance Technician role located in the San Francisco Bay Area at our facility at the Hayward Executive Airport (KHWD). The Aircraft Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing airframe and powerplant maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and repairs on fixed wing general aviation piston and turboprop aircraft.

Qualifications

FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) licenses required

Inspection Authorization (IA) preferred

At least three years of hands-on experience with piston and turboprop general aviation fixed wing aircraft maintenance, inspection, and repair required

Attention to detail, strong mechanical aptitude, and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

U.S. citizenship or current authorization to work in the U.S. required

Valid driver's license

Compensation

Absolute Aero Maintenance offers industry leading hourly pay and a generous benefits package:

Hourly pay range: $42.00 to $70.00 per hour based on relevant experience and ratings
