Line Service Technician Location:
Hayward, CA Job Summary:
We are seeking a Line Service Technician to join our team at our Hayward location. The Line Service Technician will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients by efficiently and safely handling aircraft on the ground. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for aviation.
Responsibilities:
Marshalling, parking, and towing aircraft to and from hangars and ramps Refueling aircraft using proper fueling procedures Assisting customers with luggage, transportation, and other requests Maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas, fuel farm, and equipment Performing routine maintenance tasks on fuel trucks, ground equipment, and facilities Assisting with de-icing operations during winter months Adhering to all safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work in outdoor weather conditions Prior experience in line service or aviation operations preferred
