Job Summary Job Summary We are looking for a safety-conscious, customer-oriented Line Service Technician to join our team at 5 Rivers Aviation. As the first point of contact for arriving pilots and passengers, you will play a critical role in providing world-class ground support services. Key Responsibilities Aircraft Ground Handling:

Safely marshal, park, tow, and storage of various general aviation and corporate jet aircraft.

Fueling Operations:

Perform aircraft fueling (Jet-A and Avgas) and fuel farm quality control tests in accordance with FAA and ATA 103 standards.

Customer Service:

Assist passengers and crew with baggage, transportation arrangements, and special requests to ensure a seamless "red carpet" experience.

Facility Maintenance:

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the ramp, hangars, and lobby; perform light maintenance on ground support equipment (GSE).

Safety & Compliance:

Strictly adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of wing walkers and proper chocking/tethering procedures.

Qualifications Experience:

Previous FBO or ground handling experience is preferred, but we are willing to train candidates with a strong mechanical aptitude and work ethic.

Licensing:

Must possess a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Communication:

Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.

Availability:

Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.

Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
