JOB SUMMARY

Our client is seeking Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Mechanics to support the assembly, maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, repair, modification, and testing of rotary-wing aircraft and aircraft systems. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced aviation manufacturing and maintenance environment supporting the production, service, and continued airworthiness of high-quality aircraft.

The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality while working in accordance with FAA regulations, company procedures, and engineering requirements.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform aircraft maintenance, inspections, repairs, modifications, and troubleshooting activities in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures.
  
• Remove, install, adjust, rig, and test aircraft components, systems, and assemblies.
  
• Interpret maintenance manuals, technical publications, engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
  
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, fuel, electrical, and flight control systems.
  
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft and aircraft systems.
  
• Complete required documentation, maintenance records, inspection reports, and work orders accurately and thoroughly.
  
• Support aircraft assembly, production, overhaul, and return-to-service activities as assigned.
  
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, measuring equipment, and specialized aviation maintenance equipment.
  
• Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
  
• Collaborate with inspectors, engineering personnel, and fellow mechanics to resolve maintenance issues and support production goals.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate required.
  
• Minimum of 18 months of aircraft maintenance, aviation manufacturing, military aviation maintenance, or related mechanical experience required.
  
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, engineering drawings, blueprints, and maintenance instructions.
  
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or maintenance environment.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous rotary-wing, fixed-wing, military, OEM, MRO, or aviation manufacturing experience.
  
• Experience performing aircraft inspections, maintenance, assembly, modification, or overhaul activities.
  
• Military aviation maintenance experience highly desired.
  
• Familiarity with FAA regulations and aircraft maintenance documentation practices.
  
• Experience working in a production-driven aviation environment.
