King Air Location:
Sacramento, CA Compensation $46.00/hour $6.00 /hour Health & Welfare (H&W) Schedule Monday - Friday Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required Position Summary Strategic Technology Institute, Inc. (STi) is seeking an experienced FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic to support the FAA's Flight Program Operations (FPO) fleet in Sacramento, CA. This position performs aircraft maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and modifications while ensuring compliance with FAA regulations, manufacturer maintenance manuals, and established quality standards. Previous King Air maintenance experience is required for this position. Responsibilities Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on FAA aircraft. Troubleshoot, inspect, repair, modify, and service aircraft systems and components. Perform pre-flight, post-flight, phase, and other required inspections. Remove, install, repair, and replace aircraft components in accordance with technical manuals. Interpret maintenance manuals, engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation. Complete maintenance documentation and records accurately. Maintain compliance with FAA regulations and company quality standards. Support safe and efficient aircraft operations. Minimum Qualifications Active FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License Previous maintenance experience on Beechcraft King Air aircraft (Required) Experience performing aircraft inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and scheduled maintenance. Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation. Ability to obtain FAA suitability. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting FAA Flight Program Operations or government aviation programs. Experience with turbine-powered aircraft. Inspection Authorization (IA) is a plus.

$46.00 per hour
