7 Days on 7 Days off Join our client, a leading air ambulance provider in the United States, as a Senior A&P Mechanic. This is an exciting chance for you to leverage your expertise in aircraft maintenance and play a pivotal role in life-saving missions. Our client is renowned for their unmatched safety record and state-of-the-art fleet, providing critical air medical transport services. As a Senior A&P Mechanic, your contributions will ensure that their aircraft are always ready to respond reliably and swiftly during emergencies.Responsibilities:
Review daily maintenance and inspection tasks to ensure aircraft airworthiness. Notify the Lead Mechanic of any issues requiring schedule adjustments or additional support. Oversee maintenance operations at field bases, including inventory and spare parts management. Prepare and certify maintenance documentation to meet FAA, manufacturer, and company standards. Manage and update data entries in RAMCO, maintaining communication with team members for timely task completion. Maintain inventory levels, recommend adjustments, and ensure company tools are properly calibrated. Perform other related duties as assigned.Requirements:
High school diploma required. FAA Mechanic Certificate with both Airframe and Powerplant ratings. Minimum of 2 years in helicopter maintenance as a certified mechanic (Bell or Eurocopter exp preferred). Basic communication and computer skills. Ability to pass pre-placement exams (physical, drug screening, background check).For Roving Maintenance Team:
proficiency in sheet metal repair and/or avionics troubleshooting and repair. Willingness to travel frequently, sometimes on short notice, and work night shifts as needed.Benefits & Perks:
