Work Schedule:

4/10-2nd Shift, 2PM to 12:30AM. Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Hydraulic and Mechanical Assembly Technician to support the assembly, fabrication, maintenance, and repair of hydraulic and mechanical systems. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience working with hydraulic and mechanical assemblies, engineering drawings, hydraulic schematics, hand tools, and industrial equipment. The technician will work as part of a team with minimal supervision while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality. Key Responsibilities Read and work from engineering drawings, hydraulic schematics, technical documents, and formal work instructions. Perform assembly, fabrication, maintenance, and repair of hydraulic and mechanical assemblies. Use hand tools to assemble, disassemble, and repair machinery. Operate handheld power tools safely and effectively. Operate stationary equipment including drill presses, band saws, chop saws, and hydraulic presses. Fabricate and install hydraulic pipes and hoses. Perform precision measurements using appropriate measurement equipment. Support work involving hydraulic power supplies, distribution systems, power trains, and rotor systems. Follow engineering documentation and technical requirements during assembly and fabrication activities. Work effectively within a team while requiring minimal supervision or direction. Follow established safety procedures when working around hazardous conditions. Maintain a safe and organized work environment. Basic Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Experience operating non automated equipment such as: Drill press, Band saw, Chop saw and Hydraulic press Prior experience with aviation hydraulics and mechanical assemblies. Experience with large industrial hydraulic power supplies and distribution systems. Experience fabricating hydraulic pipes and hoses. Experience with power trains and rotor systems. Experience using precision measurement equipment. Ability to read and work from engineering drawings and technical documents. Strong mechanical and technical skills. Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision. BI03

Pay:

$20.00 - $55.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
