Updated 08/29/2026 Job Description Job Summary Perform inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on aircraft airframes and powerplants in accordance with FAA regulations and manufacturer specifications. Conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on corporate aircraft. Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and determine appropriate corrective actions. Complete maintenance records, logbook entries, and required documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Ensure all work is performed in compliance with FAA regulations, company policies, and safety procedures. Work closely with the maintenance team, management, and flight operations personnel to ensure aircraft readiness. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized condition. Participate in aircraft recovery operations and AOG (Aircraft on Ground) situations as needed. Assist with inspections including Phase, 100-hour, and annual inspections.BENEFITS OF WORKING WITH HSGI INC

Requirements Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic Certificate required. 3+ years of aircraft maintenance experience preferred. Experience with corporate/business jets strongly preferred. Ability to read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals, wiring diagrams, and technical documents. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, or on-call if required.
