full-time Air Accessories & Avionics, Inc. is seeking an experienced Aircraft Seat Repair & Overhaul Technician with hands-on experience servicing First Officer / Co-Pilot Seats . The ideal candidate will have previous aviation experience performing inspection, disassembly, troubleshooting, repair, overhaul, reassembly, adjustment, and testing of aircraft crew seats and related components in accordance with applicable technical data and CMM requirements.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Previous experience with First Officer / Co-Pilot Seat repair and overhaul Perform disassembly, inspection, repair, overhaul, and reassembly of aircraft seats Troubleshoot mechanical components and identify required repairs Inspect components for wear, damage, and serviceability Perform required adjustments and operational testing Read and follow CMMs, technical manuals, drawings, and work instructions Accurately document work performed Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and workmanship Aviation repair station or MRO experience strongly preferred Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively as part of a team ? Experience with aircraft crew seats is highly preferred.
