Posted 06/2026 Job Description Job Summary A&P Mechanic LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking A&P Mechanics with Turbo Prop experience for an opportunity in Pompano Beach, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for performing aircraft maintenance, repairs, and inspections at a Part 145 Service Center. Job description Able to use FAA-approved data, i.e., IPC, AMM, OHM, CMM, etc., proficiently. Performs airframe, powerplant, and propeller repairs and modifications required to meet company and FAA requirements Removal and disassembly of defective parts; assembly and installation of replacement parts; and testing aircraft systems Performs routine inspections and troubleshooting, including airframe structures, engines, and aircraft systems, using approved or accepted data issued by the manufacturer or FAA Operates all power tools and equipment necessary to accomplish job assignment Completes all required maintenance records as stated in Repair Station and Quality Control Manuals

Qualifications:

FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification is required. High school diploma or general education degree GED required Five plus years of Aviation Maintenance experience required. TBM/Turbo prop experience preferred. Inspection experience/ IA designation preferred. Experience with TBM aircraft, preferred Must possess a valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant certificate Basic computer skills required Must be able to legally work in the US Valid US Driver's License required Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen & background check All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
