  • Our Warner Robins, GA team is seeking experienced A&P mechanics to join our BACN (Battlefield Airborne Communications Node)
USAF E-11A
program. The BACN platform allows seamless communication between friendly forces and allies in any theater of operations, and provides timely data to ensure the highest level of situational awareness and survivability for our warfighters. Employees primarily work out of Warner Robins, but will occasionally travel CONUS and OCONUS to support USAF initiatives related to this program.   • This is a full-time opportunity with Northrop Grumman. Core compensation is 32.80-34/hour (Plus up to ~$300 bi-weekly stipend, depending on benefit selection) and significant plus-ups exist for the following

  • Dependent Upon Location/Theater of Operations In addition to accruing Paid Time Off, we offer 11 paid holidays and 56 hours of sick leave annually.
We hope you are interested in learning more! Requirements FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certification is currently required US Citizenship, High School diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of 2 years of relevant Aviation Line-Maintenance experience. Possess or be able to quickly obtain a DOD Secret security clearance. An Interim Secret, at a minimum, is required to start. An Active Secret clearance is highly preferred Possess or be able to quickly obtain a US Passport. Ability and willingness to work shifts as required by the Program. Ability and willingness to travel as required by the program to include international travel. (possibly multiple trips per year at very short notice).
