PAM JETS
is seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Aircraft Maintenance Technician to support a busy Part 91 Citation Longitude account based in the Omaha metro area. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role with a strong emphasis on reliability, professionalism, and owner satisfaction. This full-time position requires consistent availability and proactive aircraft management. Highly robust compensation package which includes 100% employer paid health care for the employee (based on core plan
  • Gold PPO plan with an option to buy up for Platinum PPO) and 80% for dependents, employer paid dental and vision for employee and dependents, 401(k) with employer "one-for one" match up to 8%, STD, LTD, and life insurance $200,000 guaranteed or 1 x annual salary up to $400,000 with medical application, paid by employer.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure full availability for all aircraft launches and recoveries Perform and oversee routine and unscheduled maintenance Manage and maintain aircraft logbooks and maintenance records Coordinate and support departures and arrivals Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies quickly and effectively Proactively manage aircraft readiness to minimize downtime and prevent AOG events
Requirements:
Experience with the Citation Longitude strongly preferred A&P Certification required Proven ability to self-manage and timely communicate issues to maintenance leadership Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills High level of professionalism and attention to detail Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
