> Britten-Norman Islanders > Turbo-prop Cessna Caravans > Single-engine Cessna 206 > Single-engine Cessna 172 The operation supports a mix of scheduled service, charter flying, and access to rugged backcountry destinations, so employees are expected to be adaptable, dependable, and ready to wear more than one hat when needed. For A&P mechanics in particular, it takes a sharp eye for detail, solid troubleshooting skills, and pride in maintaining aircraft that operate in challenging terrain and changing weather.
