Job Posting:

HVAC Technician Maintain, install, and repair air conditioning, ventilation and heating systems. Perform preventative maintenance to increase the longevity of any HVAC system. Discuss various options with clients when it comes to heating and cooling systems and help them determine which option is best for their situation. Troubleshoot issues with a current system as they are noticed. Conduct performance tests with specialized tools and adjust system settings to keep temperature comfortable in the home or office. Categorize and organize inventory to limit unnecessary losses to the company. Move to and from each job quickly to maximize your time during the day and ensure that as many customers as possible are helped. Keep records of customer appointments and payment transactions including invoices. Our ideal team member is passionate about his or her work and possesses the following qualifications: Current driver's license with good driving record. Required state licensing for HVAC technicians. 4 years experience in maintaining and installing HVAC equipment. Apprenticeship under a journeyperson for three to five years. On the job training or experience. Proven clear thinker, well organized, level headed, & solution oriented. Strong verbal communication skills, ability to explain complex HVAC issues with customers in a way they understand. Self-starter, efficient, productive, & works well with others. Must be able to uphold our expectations of quality work. Must be punctual and adhere to a daily schedule with multiple appointments in different locations. Ability to lift, move or carry material up to 50lbs. unassisted. Must maintain a neat personal appearance. Safety conscious. Have working knowledge of PC's, tablets and smart phones.
