GED Full Job Description Summary:
Emery Air, LL. Aviation Ground Support Services Division is seeking several high energy, self-motivated individuals to add to our 3rd shift team of aviation ground support professionals to work 10pm
  • 6:30am or 7pm
  • 3:30am either Sunday
  • Thursday or Tuesday
  • Saturday.
Responsibilities:
Providing basic service for aircraft, e.g., fuel, oil, lavatory, water, etc. De-ice and Anti-ice aircraft (during cold weather months) Marshaling planes through arrivals and departures Greeting pilots, passengers and crew Driving vehicles in areas congested with moving and stationary aircraft, vehicles and equipment Moving aircraft Transporting clients Assisting with baggage Ensuring hangars, tarmac and client areas are kept clean and orderly Ensuring a safe environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations Maintaining facilities and equipment Providing all around top-quality service Fuel quality control functions
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years old High School Diploma or equivalent Must be willing to take and pass a pre-employment drug screen Must be willing to work any shift in a 7 day operation, including nights, weekends and holidays Candidate must be able to clear a fingerprint-based criminal history check in order to obtain and retain credentials necessary for the position. Position specific clearances include but are not limited to FAA, TSA, Port Authority Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship Reliable, punctual attendance is essential function of the position A valid clear driver's license Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly
