This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a structured, safety-focused environment. Responsibilities Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance and inspections Inspect aircraft systems and components to identify wear, defects, or discrepancies Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and structural issues Complete maintenance tasks in compliance with FAA regulations and approved data Accurately document all maintenance and repair work in aircraft records Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and inspectors Support shop workflow and assist with additional tasks as needed Qualifications Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License (Required) Experience performing aircraft maintenance and repairs Strong working knowledge of aircraft systems and components Proven troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals and technical data Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to work well in a team environment and maintain professionalism under pressure High school diploma or equivalent (additional training or certifications are a plus)
