Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking fulltime rotating shifts, include weekends and holidays reports t the FBO Manager. Williams Jet Center is a new Fixed Base Operation (FBO) providing fuel, ramp and ground support services to private and corporate aircraft. We're building a team focused on safety, professionalism, and tip-tier customer service for pilots and passengers. The Line Service Technician is the front line of our operation - responsible for safety fueling aircraft, marshalling and towing, and providing a smooth, professional experience for every pilot and passenger who visits our ramp. This is a physically active, safety-critical role performed outdoors in all weather conditions. Position Summary Fuel aircraft (Jet A/or Avgas) safely and accurately, following all fuel quality control and safety procedures. Marshal aircraft to and from parking position, tow and position aircraft using tugs. Perform fuel truck/cart pre and post trip inspections and fuel quality checks (sumping and filter checks). Provide lavatory and potable water service as needed. Assist with aircraft parking chocking and tie-down. Operate ground support equipment (GPU, deicing equipment, etc.) Greet arriving/departing passengers and crew, assist with baggage. Maintain clean, organized and safe ramp and fuel farm area. Follow all FAA airport and company safety regulations at all times. Accurately complete fuel tickets, logs, and safety documents. Communicate professionally via radio with pilots, dispatch, and team members. Support front desk/customer service duties during slower periods (ordering catering, rental cars, etc.)
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
