United Stes Citizens Duties Help Duties & Responsibilities :
1. Utilizing electrical wiring diagrams, blueprints, schemics and technical publicions, determines extent and type of preventive and/or repair maintenance required. Performs organizional and intermedie maintenance on aircraft fuel systems, components, and equipment to include fuel cells, drop tanks, regulors, pumps, relief valves and fuel accessories. Also performs required maintenance activities associed with time compliance technical orders (TCTC) involving aircraft fuel systems, inflight refueling systems and reled components. 2. Connects power sources, and using cockpit controls, gauges and additional precision instruments, performs operional and functional checks of inflight refueling, single point refueling and fuel transfer systems and reled valves, pumps, switches, selectors, and control devices. 3. Performs leak check of aircraft fuel systems by visual inspection or by removal of panels and dye tracing fuel leaks. Determines serviceability of fuel cell sealant and replaces it when required. Examines faulty components and determines feasibility of repair, replacement and/or need for submitting unsisfactory reports. Repairs, reassembles, and installs fuel system components and performs operional tests using bench and other reled test equipment. 4. Diagnoses and overhauls fuel accessories by disassembling, cleaning, and examining parts for corrosion, scrches, cracks or other damage. Replaces gaskets and worn parts, reassembles accessories, adjusts and tests to insure proper operion in accordance with standards in technical da. Controls entry into fuel cell repair areas. 5. Prepares for and participes in various types of readiness evaluions such as ORI, IG, and DE inspections, mobility, and command support exercises. May be required to perform such additional duties as structural fire fighting, aircraft fire/crash/rescue duty, security guard, snow removal, munitions loading and handling, heavy equipment operor, maintenance of facilities and equipment, or serve as a member of a team to cope with nural disasters or civil emergencies. 6. Performs other as duties as assigned. Requirements Help Conditions of employment 1) Nional Guard Membership is required. 2) Males born after 31 December 1959 must be registered for Selective Service. 3) Federal employment suitability as determined by a background investigion. 4) May be required to successfully complete a probionary period.MILITARY REQUIREMENTS

: Must possess least the experience or training which demonstres your knowledge of basic electrical and mechanical principles; knowledge of troubleshooting procedures used to isole malfunctions in aircraft pneudraulic systems; and ability to use technical manuals, equipment specificions, and test calibrion procedures in performing the work.SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE
: Must possess least Eighteen (18) months of experience or training which provided a knowledge of basic electrical and mechanical principles; in fabricing fuel, oil and vacuum hose lines; in servicing, maintaining, disassembling assembling, repairing and testing hydraulic and pneumic systems; in diagnosing malfunctions and overhauling pneudraulic accessories by disassembling, cleaning part and examining parts; in diagnosing trouble and determining remedies; in repairing, rebuilding and overhauling major systems of ground equipment and pneumic and hydraulic systems; in mechanical repairs using hand tools and test equipment; and th demonstres the ability to interpret technical manuals, specificions and publicions.CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
: 1. Must be able to obtain and maintain the approprie security clearance of the position. 2.
