Job Description

Position Summary The S-92 Helicopter Technician is responsible for performing inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on rotary-wing aircraft while ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures. This position supports high-tempo aviation maintenance operations where safety, accuracy, and efficiency are essential. Primary Duties This position will work with or without supervision in performing aircraft airframe and engine inspections, repair and maintenance unassisted, on multiple types of aircraft as required by FAA regulations Repair aircraft and related equipment according to manufacturer's specifications and company directives Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance associated with lease return projects Complete maintenance documentation and task cards in accordance with company and regulatory requirements Carry out routine inspections and evaluate aircraft condition Diagnose, test, and repair aircraft systems and components Remove, install, and replace aircraft parts as needed Perform structural, mechanical, and system repairs Conduct functional and operational checks to verify aircraft serviceability Adhere to all safety, quality, and maintenance standards Assist with additional maintenance-related responsibilities as required Required Qualifications Current FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license At least 2 years of recent S-92/H-60/Bell/Airbus OR equivalent maintenance experience Candidates with experience should possess 4-5 years of applicable maintenance experience Aircraft inspection experience is strongly preferred Solid knowledge of FAA maintenance regulations, procedures, and safety practices Ability to perform maintenance tasks accurately and in compliance with established standards Must successfully complete pre-employment screening requirements, including a background check and drug test
Pay/Schedule:
  • Hourly pay based on experience
  • Per diem split to those that qualify
  • M-F 8's Day Shift.
Contract/Contract To Hire Pay:
$35.00 - $46.00 per hour
