Position Overview The General Aviation Line Service Technician directs arriving and departing aircraft, as well as refueling and repositioning aircraft. The individual in this role interacts with private jet pilots, owners, and passengers.

Duties / Responsibilities

Service aircraft with all supplies and materials which may be required by the aircraft client Refuel aircraft, park, and store Operate vehicular and ground radio equipment Direct movement of aircraft and vehicular traffic on the ramp Properly secure parked aircraft at all times Provide services to aircraft crews and passengers Aid passengers in boarding and disembarking the aircraft; assist with baggage and cargo Willingness to be on call, work nights and/or weekends, and work overtime when needed Perform other job-related duties as assigned to help Northeast Air attain its corporate goals Skills / Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical Reside in Maine and be able to commute to Portland Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written in the English Language Possess a valid driver's license and have an acceptable driving record Excellent customer service skills Detail oriented Ability to work efficiently under time constraints Reliable Energetic and enthusiastic Positive attitude Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently Ability to take direction Problem-solving skills Able and willing to work outdoors in various temperatures/inclement weather conditions Meet lifting requirements up to 75lbs Physical ability requires moderate walking and frequent bending No Phone Calls Please.
