Job Summary:
Join our aviation operations team at Willow Run Airport and help keep aircraft moving safely, efficiently, and on schedule. In this hands-on role, you will fuel, load, launch, receive, clean, and prepare aircraft; tow, marshal, and park aircraft on the company ramp and in the hangar; and support routine cleaning and upkeep of line equipment, vehicles, and work areas. This position is well suited for a dependable, safety-minded team member who enjoys fast-paced operational work and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
Functions/Responsibility:
Safely fuel, load, launch, receive, clean, and prepare aircraft in accordance with company procedures and applicable safety requirements. Tow, marshal, and park aircraft on the company ramp and in the hangar while maintaining awareness of aircraft, vehicles, ground equipment, and team members. Support cleaning, organization, and basic upkeep of hangar, line vehicles, equipment, and work areas. Provide professional, service-focused support to flight crews, passengers, vendors, and internal team members. Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members, supervisors, and customers in a fast-paced aviation environment. Follow all company policies, safety procedures, confidentiality expectations, and applicable DOT/FAA requirements. Work effectively as part of a team while also taking initiative to complete assigned tasks accurately and on time.
Preferred:
prior towing, trailer, ramp, line service, mechanical, aviation, or related hands-on operations experience. Must be dependable, punctual, safety-minded, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities. Must be able to pass all required pre-employment screening, including DOT/FAA drug testing and background check requirements, as applicable to the position. Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Education and Required Credentials:
High school diploma or GED required. Valid, unrestricted driver's license required.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, push, pull, climb, and work on or around aircraft, vehicles, ramps, hangars, and related equipment. Ability to lift, carry, move, and position equipment, tools, baggage, cargo, and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds, with assistance or equipment when appropriate. Ability to work outdoors and in hangar or ramp environments, including exposure to varying weather conditions, noise, fumes, fuel, moving equipment, and other airport operational conditions. Ability to safely operate company vehicles and equipment, as assigned and in accordance with training and company procedures.
