Position Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for providing ground support to arriving and departing aircraft, as well as offering efficient, professional, and courteous service to crew members and their passengers. Additionally, you will perform daily Line Service operations safely and accurately.
Requirements:
Greet, park, tow, and marshal arriving and departing aircraft. Fueling aircraft as requested. Move passenger/crew cars as required. Ground service handling. Assist passengers and/or crew with baggage/cargo as needed. Assist with general cleaning of debris from ramps, building, and customer areas. Quality control inspections and procedures of re-fueler vehicles and fuel farm as director by your supervisor. Provide oil service for aircraft. Refueling of fuel vehicles. All associated record-keeping. Regular and prompt attendance. Work with accuracy, with an eye for detail. Provide excellent customer service. Carry out all duties and responsibilities with kindness, care, and respect for customers and fellow team members alike. Perform all work with an emphasis on safety and security. Communicate with Customer Service in a professional manner to ensure the wants and needs of all customers are met. Perform all work-related responsibilities with honesty and transparency. Other duties as assigned.
