Overview:
Seeking experienced Aircraft Mechanic III (Avionics/Electrician) to support depot-level maintenance and TCTO modifications on MHU-196 and MHU-204 munitions trailers in support of
AFLCMC/ROZ.
Period of Performance:
May 29, 2026 - September 29, 2027
Responsibilities:
Perform scheduled/unscheduled maintenance and troubleshooting Execute Technical Orders (TCTOs) and modifications Conduct inspections and operational checks Support SE operations and tool control programs Lead and supervise maintenance teams Maintain accurate maintenance documentation
Requirements:
6+ years aircraft avionics/electrical maintenance experience 1+ year lead experience Military aircraft or support equipment experience preferred Strong troubleshooting and systems diagnostics skills Ability to read/interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical data Experience with connector assembly/disassembly and electrical systems Normal color vision required (AFI 48-123) Work Locations & Travel Primary duty location will be specified at time of hire. Travel may be required to: Dyess AFB, TX Edwards AFB, CA Ellsworth AFB, SD Sheppard AFB, TX
