WHO MAY APPLY

All qualified Missouri traditional guard members and those eligible for enlistment, appointment or transfer into the Missouri Air Nional Guard. Duties Help Performs inspections, functional checks and preventive maintenance on B-2 aircraft to include periodic, phase, hourly, preflight, post flight, calendar, thru-flight, and special inspections. Troubleshoots and performs maintenance on assigned and transient aircraft. Removes and replaces aircraft components. May be required to perform user and organizional level maintenance on assigned supported equipment, including inspection, repair and modificion, and corrosion prevention Provides da for aircraft maintenance historical records, complete maintenance da collection, man-hour accounting, and other forms as required. Instructs, directs and assigns maintenance repair tasks to drill stus guard members. Complies with safety, fire, security and housekeeping regulions. Prepares for and participes in various types of readiness evaluions. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements Help Conditions of employment Employment can be termined with a 30 day notice. In the event a permanent (Tenure 1 or 2) employee is selected, and is willing to accept the indefinite appointment, th employee will relinquish permanent stus. Management has the right to convert this position to permanent stus without re-advertising. May be required to successfully complete a trial period.

MILITARY REQUIREMENTS

Selected candide must currently be assigned to a military unit in the Missouri Air Nional Guard. Title 32 employees will not be militarily senior to their full-time supervisor (grade inversion). Maximum Military Grade - TSgt (E-6) Minimum Military Grade - A1C (E-3)

GENERAL EXPERIENCE

: Must possess general experience, educion or training which has provided the skill to remove and replace aircraft parts, accessories and components, and to make adjustments and settings according to established specificions, and skilled in the use of hand tools and test equipment.

WG-10 SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE

Must possess specialized experience in repairing, rebuilding or overhauling B-2 aircraft systems and major components using the tools of the trade; experience aligning, adjusting and rigging systems and controls after the replacement of parts, components and major repairs; opere a variety of measurement, test and diagnostic equipment utilized in troubleshooting and repair of aircraft; inspect the full range of mechanical systems with the ability to analyze existing or foreseeing problems and recommend corrective action; and use a wide variety of technical publicions to include complex schemics and specificions.

Irregular and/or overtime (compensory) hours may be required to support operional requirements or contingencies or may be required to work hours outside of the normal duty day.
