Job Summary

Aircraft Maintenance Technician (A&P / Aviation Maintenance)

We are seeking experienced aviation maintenance professionals to join a growing MRO team in Montana. This role supports heavy maintenance, aircraft modifications, and upgrades across multiple aircraft platforms. Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Rate:

$28.00

• 36.

00/hour (DOE)

Annual Earnings:

Most contractors earn approximately $70,000.00

• 85,000.

00+ per year, depending on voluntary overtime

Per Diem:

Up to $49,920 annually (tax-free), based on $960.00/week in tax-exempt per diem

5/8 Schedule

• Tuesday
• Saturday or Wednesday
• Sunday
  1st

Shift:

Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM

• 4 PM
  Key Responsibilities
  Perform heavy maintenance, inspections, modifications, and upgrades
  Work across multiple aircraft platforms in an MRO environment
  Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and quality standards
  Accurately document completed maintenance actions
  Qualifications
  Prior experience in heavy maintenance or MRO environments preferred
  Experience on business jets preferred
  Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
  Ability to work independently and within a team
  Seeking long-term employment with growth potential
  A&P licensed is preferred.

Years of experience will be considered if no license.
