Structures Mechanic
We are seeking experienced aviation structures mechanic professionals to join a growing MRO team in Montana. This role supports heavy maintenance, aircraft modifications, and upgrades across multiple aircraft platforms. This is a long-term opportunity offering stability, competitive compensation, and room for career growth.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Rate:
$30.00
- 36.
00/hour (DOE)
Annual Earnings:
Most contractors earn approximately $62,400.00
- 85,000.
00+ per year, depending on voluntary overtime
Per Diem:
Up to $49,920 annually (tax-free), based on $960.00/week in tax-exempt per diem

5/8 Schedule
- Tuesday
- Saturday or Wednesday
- Sunday

Shift:
Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM
- 4 PM
Key Responsibilities
Perform heavy maintenance inspections
Work across multiple aircraft platforms in an MRO environment
Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and quality standards
Accurately document completed maintenance actions
Qualifications
Prior experience in heavy maintenance or MRO environments required
Experience on business jets preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
Ability to work independently and within a team
