Job Description

  • Job Title:
    Maintenance Controller
  • Job Description
  • We are seeking A&P certified technicians to manage a fleet of corporate and charter aircraft. This role is responsible for overseeing scheduled, unscheduled, and AOG maintenance, ensuring the smooth operation and safety of the fleet.
  • Responsibilities
  • + Provide technical support to flight crews and maintenance vendors.
+ Manage fleet Minimum Equipment Lists (MEL). + Build, schedule, and release maintenance work orders. + Coordinate fleet cleaning requests. + Ensure accurate and timely updates to maintenance tracking programs. + Oversee the fleet during maintenance events. + Release aircraft for Return to Service (RTS) according to company policy and procedures. + Monitor and complete fleet maintenance requirements within governing time limitations. + Perform additional assigned duties as required.
  • Essential Skills
  • + High School Diploma or equivalent. + At least 3 years of experience in corporate aircraft maintenance. + A&P certificate. + Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. + Computer literacy, familiarity with Microsoft Office. + Experience with Traxxall, CMP, Corridor, or other maintenance-specific applications. + Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • + Specific experience on Citation X, Latitude, CJ1/2/3/4, Challenger series, Gulfstream G500/G150, King Air, and/or Pilatus
PC-12/PC-24
preferred. + Typing skills preferred. + Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. + Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage tasks efficiently. + Availability to work one weekend day. + Ability to travel for training or other company requirements. + Must meet company insurance eligibility requirements.

  • Work Environment
  • Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8-5pm, with additional hours on weekends as needed. The role requires availability to work one weekend day and the potential to travel for training or other company requirements.

  • Pay and Benefits
  • The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $110000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
