Compensation & Benefits Hourly Pay:

$40.00

•50.00, commensurate with ERJ-145 and avionics experience

Schedule:

Dedicated 4x10 night shift, four nights per week with three straight days off (e.g., Wed-Sat, Sun-Wed)

Life insurance options and 401(k) with company match Job Summary Two A&P mechanics with hands-on Embraer ERJ-145 line maintenance experience are needed to join a night-shift maintenance team supporting high-tempo cargo operations at MIA. The role includes occasional travel for line maintenance support at Caribbean outstations. Key Responsibilities Carry out fast-turn line maintenance, overnight servicing, daily/weekly inspections, A-checks, and MEL troubleshooting on ERJ-145 regional jets and Saab 340 turboprops Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, powerplant (Rolls-Royce AE 3007), electrical, and avionics systems following FAA regulations and manufacturer manuals Maintain accurate logbooks, work orders, and return-to-service documentation per 14 CFR Part 43 and Part 135 repair station standards Supply your own basic A&P hand tools and use company-issued specialty tooling, diagnostic equipment, and ground support gear Be available for occasional short-duration travel supporting Caribbean outstation line maintenance as needed Minimum Requirements Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certificate in good standing, current on 14 CFR 65.83 recent experience rules At least 2 years of recent, post-certification hands-on experience maintaining Embraer ERJ-145 aircraft Ability to clear DOT/FAA drug screening and the background checks required for
