Job Title:

Junior Aircraft Mechanic (A&P Licensed) - Full-Time / Day Shift Hiring Timeline & Openings

Positions Available:

We are actively looking to hire 1 full-time Junior A&P Mechanic.

Timeline:

This is an immediate opening. We are reviewing applications daily, scheduling interviews over the next two weeks, and looking for a candidate to start within 30 days. Why Join Aspire Aviation? We operate a high-utilization fleet of Cessna 172s and offer a hands-on environment perfect for building your experience. The Schedule

Work-Life Balance:

Full-time, daytime schedule (maybe scheduled Monday through Sunday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM). No night shifts or graveyard hours. What You Will Do Perform 50-hour and 100-hour inspections on Cessna 172s. Execute routine line maintenance (oil changes, tire/brake servicing). Troubleshooting and rapid AOG response using proper maintenance manuals. Maintain meticulous digital and paper logs. What We Are Looking For

Certification:

Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate is strictly required in hand.

Experience:

0-3 years of experience. We welcome recent Part 147 graduates who are ready to work.

Reliability:

Punctuality is non-negotiable to keep our students flying.

Locals Only:

For quality of life and schedule reliability, we are heavily prioritizing candidates who live on Long Island or in Queens. If your commute requires a major bridge or toll, this is likely not the job for you. Compensation & Perks

Pay:

$20.00/hr - $25.00/hr (based on experience). Upon successful completion of your probationary training period, you will receive a formal performance evaluation with the opportunity for a compensation increase.
