We are looking for someone with a solid aircraft maintenance foundation, a strong work ethic, and the desire to grow within business aviation. This is not a senior-level position. While previous business jet experience is preferred, we are willing to invest in the right person who demonstrates mechanical ability, good judgment, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. About the Operation 15-20 aircraft under management. Mixed fleet of Gulfstream, Embraer, and Bombardier business jets . Combination of Part 135 charter and owner-operated aircraft. Established operation with an experienced maintenance team. Key Responsibilities Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance. Troubleshoot aircraft systems and resolve discrepancies. Perform inspections, servicing, and preventive maintenance. Support aircraft arrivals, departures, and maintenance events. Coordinate with outside vendors and repair facilities as needed. Complete accurate maintenance documentation in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures. Work closely with maintenance leadership, flight crews, and other team members to maintain safe and reliable aircraft. Qualifications FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate . Previous aircraft maintenance experience. Experience with Gulfstream, Embraer, Bombardier, or comparable business jets preferred. Basic aircraft systems and troubleshooting knowledge. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Dependable, motivated, and willing to learn. You do not need extensive experience on every aircraft type to be considered.
