1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift Opportunities FAA A&P License Required Experienced A&P Mechanics Needed We are seeking experienced A&P Aircraft Mechanics to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, inspections, and repairs on commercial aircraft in an MRO environment. This opportunity is ideal for licensed A&P Mechanics with at least 2 years of aircraft maintenance experience in commercial airline operations or an MRO setting. Candidates with heavy maintenance experience on transport or regional aircraft are strongly encouraged to apply. Boeing 737 Classic and Next Generation experience is preferred. Responsibilities Perform troubleshooting, inspections, maintenance, and repairs on commercial aircraft. Complete routine and non-routine maintenance in accordance with FAA, company, and customer requirements. Interpret maintenance manuals, technical specifications, and other approved documentation to determine appropriate repair methods. Remove and replace aircraft components, engines, and flight controls. Perform aircraft maintenance tasks including bolting, torquing, rigging, and safety wiring. Complete and attach parts tags for repairable, serviceable, and condemned parts in accordance with repair station procedures. Complete required maintenance documentation accurately and thoroughly. Return aircraft to service using company logbooks and authorized documentation. Work under the direction of Production Supervisors. Follow all applicable safety, quality, FAA, and repair station procedures. Required Qualifications FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License required. Minimum of 2 years of aircraft maintenance experience in: Commercial airline operations, or MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) environments. High school diploma or equivalent. Working knowledge of aircraft mechanical systems. Basic understanding of FAA CFR Part 145 Repair Station operations. Ability to read, understand, and utilize technical documentation, including: Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (AMM) Overhaul Manuals Service Bulletins Airworthiness Directives Illustrated Parts Catalogs (IPC) Structural Repair Manuals (SRM) Strong written and verbal communication skills. Basic computer proficiency. Preferred Experience Hands-on heavy maintenance experience with transport or regional jets. Previous experience in an FAA Part 145 Repair Station . •7:30 AM Shift preferences will be requested on the first reporting day. Training & Tool Requirements The first 3 days consist of training, and contractors will not receive the full listed wages during this training period. Mechanics must provide the tools specified on the required tool list. All calibrated tools must be obtained through the Tool Crib. Personal calibrated tools are not permitted. Physical Requirements Work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Travel as needed for off-site maintenance support. Work at heights of up to 80 feet. Lift up to 75 pounds. Work in confined spaces while wearing required respiratory equipment. Bend, crawl, twist, and maintain physical positions for extended periods. Demonstrate the hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to perform aircraft maintenance. Additional Requirements Successful completion of a 10-year background check is required. 5-year employment verification must be completed prior to the start date. No testing is required for incoming A&P Mechanics.
