A&P Mechanic - Line Maintenance SkyBridge Aviation - 5.0 Cincinnati, OH Job Details Temp-to-hire | Full-time $25 - $35 an hour 3 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) On-the-job training Vision insurance Referral program Qualifications Outdoor work Maintenance Airframe & Powerplant License High school diploma or GED Federal Aviation Regulations Aircraft maintenance Hand tools Mechanical troubleshooting Full Job Description We are looking for A&P mechanics to support line maintenance for return to service aircraft. A qualified candidate will be responsible for: Troubleshooting, inspections, and performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on customer aircraft in compliance with applicable technical manuals, customer maintenance programs, FAA regulations, and company quality standards. Completing assigned work within estimated or budgeted labor hours. Performing Return to Service procedures on aircraft after all required maintenance actions have been completed using logbooks and approved customer documentation. Additional duties may be assigned as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required Valid Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license required Basic knowledge of FAA regulations related to CFR Part 145 Repair Station operations Electronics experience strongly preferred Must supply personal tools
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years experience Experience working on Boeing 767 Classic and Next Generation aircraft preferred Previous line maintenance experience on B737, B747, B757, B767, B777, A320, or ERJ aircraft preferred Hands-on experience in line or heavy maintenance environments for transport or regional jet aircraft preferred
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Willingness to travel as needed to support off-site maintenance operations Must provide tools listed on the required tool list Good hand-eye coordination and clear vision Ability to work at heights up to 80 feet and lift up to 75 pounds Ability to work in confined spaces while using respiratory equipment Ability to bend, crawl, twist, and maintain various physical positions for extended periods Ability to safely and accurately operate hand tools in multiple working environments
Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
