Aircraft Sheet Metal Mechanic

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Sheet Metal Mechanic to join our team. This role involves repairing, overhauling, and modifying sheet metal on various aircraft including Beechcraft King Air, Bombardier Dash 8, Cessna, Learjet, and Gulfstream. Applicants must come prepared with a toolbox containing tools that are shadowed and etched.

Responsibilities

Repairing sheet metal on fixed wing airframes.

Overhauling aircraft components as needed.

Modifying aircraft structures according to specifications.

Performing inspections and troubleshooting as part of heavy maintenance tasks.

Essential Skills

Minimum 4 years of on-aircraft experience in repairing, overhauling, and modifications of sheet metal.

Experience with Cessna and other specified aircraft types.

Ability to conduct thorough inspections and troubleshoot issues.

Holding an airframe or powerplant license.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with Beechcraft King Air, Bombardier Dash 8, Learjet, and Gulfstream.

Proficiency in using a toolbox with tools shadowed and etched.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
