Our dedicated mechanics are a vital component of our ground crew, ensuring the airworthiness of our planes on a daily basis. It takes precision, patience, and a commitment to safety. Maintenance Bases Envoy maintenance bases are located throughout the United States Candidates may apply to one or more desired locations and may be eligible for relocation assistance. Training For those that have their FAA Airframe and Powerplant certification, Envoy will pay you while you get fleet qualified on multiple aircraft types. Envoy is committed to training our technicians to become fleet-certified, "nose to tail" and offers many training opportunities both on-the-job and online. A&P Mechanics selected for new hire training will complete 4 weeks of classroom instruction followed by a minimum of 2 weeks on-the-job-training led by industry-leading instructors, taught to mainline standards. Compensation Mechanic wages are governed by the contract agreed upon between Envoy and the Transport Workers Union (TWU), and are competitive with other regional airlines.
