This individual will provide technical assistance and/or support with certificion, surveillance, investigion, and/or enforcement, examples include, but are not limited to: Certificion Support ¿ Provides technical support to ASl's during certificion of operors and air agencies. ¿ Reviews airmen certificion files, submitted by designees for accuracy. ¿ Reviews inspection authorizion files for renewal eligibility. ¿ Conducts Operional Color Vision Tests. ¿ Reviews designee management system to determine renewal eligibility. ¿ Compiles da for technical reports. Surveillance Support ¿ Assists ASI's with surveillance of aviion events. ¿ Assists in drafting and issuing waivers and authorizions. Investigion Support ¿ Drafts Enforcement Investigive Reports (EIR) for review and final approval by an ASI ¿ Acts as the Point of Contact (POC) for safety assets (PPE) reled to accident investigions. Enforcement Support Incumbent responsible for enforcement functions including: conducting violions, voluntary disclosure, suspect illegal charters, incidents, navigion and altitude deviion investigions. Other ¿ Provides technical support for special inspections, including a variety of the functions described in the previous paragraphs. ¿ May conduct meetings or portions of meetings in support of technical work functions. ¿ Prepares technical correspondence in support of assigned work functions. ¿ Provides administrive support and project tracking utilizing required computer software. Typically preferred candides will show technical training and/or certificion experience applicable to a regulory aviion environment.
